Ski Racing
Our successful history of producing top racers at local, national and international events continues today. Read more about the races our members take part in.
Ravens Winter Series
The club is proud to host its own series of races during the winter months, allowing members to test their skill and measure progress against their peers. The series is exciting and rewarding for all who take part and provides useful experience and practice for other regional and national races.
The Winter Series takes place on the last Wednesday of the month between October and April.
National Races
Those in the club who choose to take competition seriously are encouraged to take part in Club National and Grand Prix races, held at artificial slopes around the UK. These races allow competitors to be 'seeded' against racers from across the country. The Snowsport England Grand Prix series runs during the summer months and is England's most competitive race series.
The club also hosts and organises the Ravens Ski Club Club National race on an annual basis.
Snow Racing
Many of our members go on to race in English, British and International (FIS) races on snow in Scotland and Europe. The English and British Alpine Championships are usually held in Europe at Easter. International FIS races are a competitive and are held during the winter season right across the world.
